The Implementation Of This Public Order Is Related To The Delivery And Installation Of: - Work Chair - 60 Pieces; Visitors Chair - 30 Pieces; Office Desk - 30 Pieces; Metal Racks - 50 Pieces, Metal Document Cabinet - 5 Pieces, One-Wing Wardrobe Made Of Chipboard - 15 Pieces, Double Wardrobe - 5 Pieces, Dining Chairs - 25 Pieces, Extendable Armchair - 10 Pieces And Others, Detailed In The Technical Specification. The Indicated Quantities Of The Items In The Technical Specification Are Estimates. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Given Estimated Quantity Of Goods In Full, As Well As To Request Delivery Of Goods In Excess Of The Estimated Quantities Until The Total Value Of The Contract Is Reached. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Relevant Furniture/Equipment By Means Of A Contract Letter Specifying The Type, Quantity, Address Of Delivery And Installation, And Invoice Data. Availability And Conditions For Exercising The Option: Option For Additional Supplies Should Be Understood As The Exercise Of The Contracting Partys Unilateral Right (But Not An Obligation) To Implement Requests During The Term Of The Contract Under This Public Procurement, For Other Types Of Office Furniture And Furnishings, Other Than Those Specified In The Technical Specification. In This Case, The Requests Will Be Carried Out According To The (Latest Distributed) Catalog Provided By The Contractor Or Product Lists From Websites Specified By Him, At Their Publicly Announced Prices, With A Discount Offered And Accepted By The Contracting Authority With His Price Proposal. The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order Is Bgn 99,000 Excluding Vat, Of Which Bgn 10,000 Excluding Vat Is Provided For The Option For Additional Deliveries.
