Tenders are invited for Procurement of Assorted Books and Journal Date Added: November 26, 2025 Deadline: 22/12/2025 Category: General Supplies & Services 4.0 COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The tender documents are to be collected from the office of Ag. Head of Procurement Department on payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of N20, 000.00 per Lot, paid into OAUSTECH OKITIPUPA Remita Account in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. The University receipt and photocopy should be attached to the Tender Documents. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Prospective bidder are to submit bid for the Lot, (2) two hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical bid or Financial bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Vice Chancellor Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa. The Lot number and the title of the project should be written at the top left corner of the envelope and should bear the name of the tendering contractor on the reverse side of the envelope. The completed and sealed tender documents should be deposited in the Tenders Box in the office of the Vice-Chancellor not later than 12:00 noon on Monday 22nd December, 2025. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 22nd, 2025 at the Vice-Chancellors Conference Room, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
