The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Client Or Procurement Entity) Requests Your Offer For The Electrical Works For The Extension Of The Old Town Hall And The Renovation Of The Old Part Of The City Of Riihimäki In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. This Is A Shared Contract, In Which The Contractor For The Electrical Works Works As A Subordinate Subcontractor In The Project, While The Contractor For The Construction Works Is The Main Contractor. In The Project, The Subcontracts Subordinated To The Main Contractor Are, In Addition To The Electrical Works, Hvac, Which Are Performed As Subcontracts Subordinated To The Main Contractor In Accordance With Subcontract Rt-80271. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In February 2026 And The Work Must Be Completed By The Beginning Of January 2027 At The Latest. Note: The Documents Attached To The Tender Request Can Be Found In The Bem Maintenance Book. Instructions For Requesting Bems Tender Counter Identifiers Are Attached To The Request For Tenders: Appendix 1 Tender Counter Identifiers Rmk.
