Information About The Construction Project: The City Of Coesfeld Intends To Convert A Former Caritas Office Building Into Refugee Accommodation. In The Past, The Building Was Temporarily Prepared And Used To Accommodate Refugees, But It Is Currently Empty. The Building, Which Is In Dire Need Of Renovation, Must Be Renovated For Long-Term Use. It Consists Of A Front Building (Built In 1954) And A Rear Building (Built In 1984), Which Are Connected By A Central Wing On The Ground Floor. The Building Area Is Approximately 924 M² On A Total Of Four Floors. Except For The Middle Wing, Which Serves As The Entrance Area, The Building Has A Basement. Remediation Of Pollutants And Demolition Of All Built-In Items, Wall, Ceiling And Floor Coverings Have Already Been Carried Out. Quantities: The Heating Work Essentially Includes The Following Quantities: - Heat Pumps: 3X 20Kw - Room Heating Surfaces, Underfloor Heating Approx. 600 M², Radiators: 15 Pieces - Carbon Steel Installation Pipes: Approx. 185 M
