Construction Work – Eu Tender Of B02 - Construction Preparation, Construction Site, Shed And Covering For Circuit. This Tender Deals With Construction Maturation, Construction Site, Establishment And Operation Of A Shed City As Well As Finished Pavements In Connection With The Establishment Of A Co2 Capture Plant For Kredsløb Holding A/S (Hereafter The Ordering Party). The Task Is Divided Into 2 In Relation To The Clarification Of Funds From The States Ccs Pool, Which Is Also Indicated As Ntp (Notice To Proceed) Cf. The Timetable. Part 1: Work Before Ntp Consists Of: • Access Roads And Construction Site Areas, Including Construction Site Supplies • Filling Of Old Basin • Preparation For The Establishment Of A Construction Pit Part 2: Work After Ntp • All Other Work Noted In The Tender The Overall Project Includes Several Contracts And Contracts, Where These Tender Conditions Only Apply To Contract B02 Building Maturation, Construction Site, Shed And Paving. With Reference To Article 65 Of The Utilities Directive, It Can Be Stated That The Contract In This Tender Is Not Divided Into Sub-Contracts, As The Contracting Authority Has Assessed That, In View Of The Characteristics Of The Task, As Well As The Financial, Responsibility And Performance Aspects, It Is Most Appropriate To Resolve It In One Contract. The Tendered Task Is Described In More Detail In The Other Tender Materials. No Remuneration Is Provided For Participation In This Tender.
