If Additional Facilities Are Required, This Must Be Included In The Price. In Addition To The Installation Of The Entire System, The Contractor Is Also Responsible For All Maintenance. The Client Wants To Be Unburdened But Wants To Remain In Control. The Client Is Free To Delegate Simple Maintenance And/Or Supervision Tasks To The Association, But Cannot Oblige The Associations To Do So.
