The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision Of An Online, Real-Time Work Process Monitoring, Performance Measurement And Data Recording System (Hereinafter Referred To As The System) Enabling Accurate Measurement Of Computer Work Efficiency For The Number Of Employees Specified By The Tenderer, As Well As Support For The Introduction Of The System, Development Related To The Introduction, As Well As Maintenance And Operational Support Of The System After Introduction. The Tenderer Is Currently Using The Jc360 Measurement Software For The Task That Is The Subject Of The Procedure. The Bidder Accepts The Provision Of This Software Or The Provision Of An Equivalent Software Service That Meets The Technical Conditions Stipulated In The Technical Description. The Procuring Entity Considers The Offered Software To Be Equivalent To The Conditions Set Out In The Technical Description If The Following Conditions Are Met: The Proposed System: - Has At Least One Reference For The Functionality Of The System Listed Below, • Provides Real-Time Measurement And Statistics Of Various Activity Types And Activities That Can Be Defined And Created By The Procuring Entity, Using Activity And Productivity Indicators, • Provides Office Or Remote Access For The Measured Employees Statements, Requests For Absences And Approval Of The Appropriate Authorization Level (Management), • Provides Support For Capacity Planning, • Includes A Mobile Client With Map Location The Quantity Of Public Procurement: Software Tracking 2,600 Fixed Quantity + 200 Options + 120 Man-Days Of Expert Support As An Option.
