Prior Information Notice For Software Development Services – Development And Technical Support Of The System Crs System (Central Registry Of Entities). The Subject Of The Fulfillment Of This Public Order Is The Takeover And Further Development Of The Information System Crs (Central Register Of Entities) Was Created As A Central Source Of Data On Entities That Are In Contact With The Authorities Of The Customs Administration Of The Czech Republic, Or On Which The Customs Administration Of The Czech Republic Performs Lustration. The Source Of This Data Are External Sources (In Particular The Information System Of Basic Registers) And Individual Records Of The Information System Of The Customs Administration (Hereinafter Referred To As The Iscs Application), Which Work With Data On Entities. The Crs System Also Maintains A History Of Data Modifications For Individual Entities And Logs Individual Accesses To The System As Well As Accesses From The System To External Sources (These Records Then Enable Searches And Creation Of Statistics). The Crs System Consists Of Two Web Applications In The Cs Intranet, One Web Service (In Three Instances) In The Cs Intranet, One Web Service Exposed In Ccn2, And Five Windows Services. From The Users Point Of View, It Is Implemented By The Edge Web Browser. The Application Layer Is Written In The Microsoft .Net Framework, Version 4.7 And Higher. The Data Layer Is Made Up Of The Microsoft Sql Server 2019 Relational Database. Data Manipulation Is Ensured By The Interface Environment Of The Individual Modules. Data Is Stored Centrally In Ic Cs. Ways Of Communication Between Systems Are Secured Through Win Services, Web Services And Db Communication. Ms Active Directory And Desktop Client And Mobile Client Are Used For User Authorization And Authentication. Is Is Designed In The Cs Intranet Environment As: -2 Applications, 1 Web Service (In 3 Instances), And 5 Windows Services. The Applications Graphical Interface Is Optimized For The Internet Edge Browser. The Application Is Used By More Than 2,500 Users (Verified By Logging Into The Cs Domain And Assigned To Application Roles Of Affiliation In Ad Groups). The System Also Enables Ad Hoc Queries To Be Made To External Sources Of Information About Subjects (Criminal And Misdemeanor Registers, Registers Of Imprisoned Persons, The Information System Of The Czechoslovak Social Security Administration – Employment And Claims, The Central Register Of Drivers, The Integrated Agricultural Register, The System Of Digital Tachographs, The Register Of Persons Excluded From Participation In Gambling, Information Systems Identity Cards And Passports, ...), On Vehicles (Central Vehicle Register, European Eucaris Register), On Real Estate (Real Estate Cadastre), On Bank Accounts (Central Register Of Accounts), Weapons (Central Register Of Weapons) And On Announced Searches (Schengen Information System, Interpol, Search For Vehicles And Persons Of The Czech Republic), Maintains An Up-To-Date Copy Of The Data Of The Territorial Identification Register (Rúian), The Insolvency Register (Isir), Records Bankrupts (Evup) And Registrations For Sub-Limit Consignments (Ioss). Furthermore, It Enables The Regular Execution Of Tests To Meet The Conditions For Granting Permits And Registrations (Customs Warehouses, Tobacco, Alcohol, Fuel, ...) And Maintains A List Of Full Powers.
