Software-Related Services – Kujawsko-Pomorski Barometer. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The Concept, Design, Creation And Maintenance (Supervision, Monitoring And Servicing) Of An It Tool Called Kujawsko-Pomorski Barometer, As Part Of The Project Entrepreneurial Discovery Process For The Development Of Smart Specializations Of The Region, Used To Acquire, Collect And Process Data, As Well As Their Visualization And Generating Publicly Available, Ready-Made Reports In Various Fields Related To The Regions Economy, E.G. Regarding Unemployment, Economic Situation, Construction, Which Will Allow Us To Analyze The Economic Situation Of The Voivodeship On An Ongoing Basis. 2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Will Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Labor Code. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order And The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Their Failure To Meet Them Will Be Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Procurement And The Contract Template, After Conducting A Dialogue In The Competitive Dialogue Mode. 3. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Concludes A Public Procurement Contract Will Be Obliged To Conclude An Agreement To Entrust The Processing Of Personal Data. The Template Of The Contract For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data Will Constitute An Annex To The Specification Of Order Conditions.
