Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Wojciechów Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Wojciechów Commune For A Period Of 12 Months. The Order Covers The Collection Of Waste With A Total Estimated Amount Of 1,144 Tonnes/Year (Including: Unsegregated Mixed Municipal Waste, Separately Collected Waste: Paper, Cardboard, Paper And Cardboard Packaging, Plastics, Plastic Packaging, Metals, Glass, Glass Packaging, Bio-Waste Constituting Municipal Waste, Ash, Furniture And Bulky Waste (Display), Used Electrical Equipment And Electronic, Waste Tires). According To The Submitted Declarations: Number Of Households - 1,921, Number Of People - 5,335 According To The Submitted Declarations. Frequency Of Collection And Disposal Of Segregated Waste: Metals And Plastics - Once A Month, Paper, Cardboard And Glass - Alternately Every Other Month, Mixed And Bio-Waste - Once A Month, Ash - In February, April And December, Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Furniture And Bulky Waste And Used Tires - Once A Year. The Contractor Will Collect And Dispose Of Municipal Waste With Frequency And On The Terms Specified In The Resolution Of The Wojciechów Commune Council No. Xxxvii/217/21 Of September 30, 2021 On Determining The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste - Annex To Swz And Resolution No. L/273/22 Of The Municipal Council Wojciechów Of September 30, 2022 Amending The Resolution On Specifying The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, Constituting An Act Of Local Law - Annex To The Swz. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Point 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Benefit Is 60% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration Indicated In § 6 Section 1 Draft Contract. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz), Requirements For The Transfer Of Collected Waste, Types Of Municipal Waste Collected Selectively From Property Owners, Sanitary Standard For The Provision Of Services And Environmental Protection, The Obligation To Keep Documentation Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, As Well As Detailed Requirements For Entrepreneurs Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners, Are Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz: Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Sopz; Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Wojciechów Municipality Resolution No. Xxxvii/216/21 Of The Wojciechów Commune Council Of September 30, 2021. And Resolution No. L/272/22 Of The Wojciechów Municipal Council Of September 30, 2022 And Resolution No. Xii/61/24 Of The Wojciechów Municipal Council Of December 30, 2024 Amending The Resolution On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Wojciechów Commune; And Also The Draft Agreement.
