Based On The Contract, An Electric Bus, A Fast Charging Station And A Slow Charging Station Will Be Provided Within The Project Purchase Of Non-Polluting Vehicles Necessary To Improve Public Passenger Transport In The Timișoara Area - Round 1, Financed By Pnrr, Pillar Iv, Respectively An 18 M Electric Bus, New And Unused, With Fully Electric Operation, With A Capacity Of At Least 120 People, Of Which At Least 44 On Seats + The Driver (44+1) Calculated At 0.125 M2/Passenger Standing, According To Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On The Approval And Market Surveillance Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers, As Well As Of The Systems, Components And Separate Technical Units Intended For The Respective Vehicles, Respectively Unece R 107) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Award Documentation. The Electric Bus Will Be An Articulated Type, With A Low Floor (Fully Lowered Floor), Facilities For Unlimited Access For People With Reduced Mobility (Kneeling Ramp), No Floor, Ce Body, Intended For Urban Passenger Transport According To Regulation (Eu) Gsr 2019/2144 On Requirements For The Type Approval Of Motor Vehicles And Their Trailers, As Well As Systems, Components And Separate Technical Units Intended For Such Vehicles, In Terms Of The General Safety Of Them And The Protection Of Vehicle Occupants And Vulnerable Road Users, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Directive (Eu) 2019/1161 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of June 20, 2019 Amending Directive 2009/33/Ec On The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles, Law No. 92/2007 Of Local Public Transport Services, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Operated By Alternating Current Electric Motors Powered By Electronic Power Converters, With Command, Control, Parameterization And Diagnosis With A Microprocessor, With Energy Recovery When Braking And With A Maximum Speed Of At Least 70 Km/H, Limited By A Speed Limiter To A Value Set By The Beneficiary, Intended For Urban Passenger Transport.
