Medical Equipments – Medical Imaging Equipment (Magnetic Resonance Imaging). The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope: - Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Headquarters - Installation And Commissioning Of The Supplied Apparatus/Equipment (Including The Delivery Of A Faraday Cage And Assembly Of Its Casing), - Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation, Cleaning, Disinfection And Maintenance Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order, - Training Of The Staff Of The Diagnostic Imaging Facility In The Field Of Magnetic Resonance Imaging, - Submission Of The Required Documents (In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Indicated In Annex No. 2 - Technical Parameters. The Ordering Party Demands That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022. On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620, As Amended), Met The Requirements Specified In Other Applicable Specific Provisions And Standards Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And Met The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Swz. The Contractor Should Have Documents Confirming The Above And Is Obliged To Provide Them To The Ordering Party At Any Request And At Any Time - If Applicable. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Factory-Packed, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. An Equivalent Solution Should Be Understood As The Use Of A Parameter Other Than The One Described, While Maintaining The Technical, Quality, Utility Or Functional Parameters Referred To In The Swz. The Offered Device With Equivalent Parameters Must Be Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Proposed Equivalent Solution Cannot Have Quality Features Worse Than The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party In The Terms Of Reference. The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Contractor Proposes A Subject Of The Order Other Than That Specified By The Ordering Party (Equivalent), It Is Obliged (For Comparative Purposes) To Submit To The Ordering Party Appropriate Documentation, Which Will Include In Particular The Parameters Of The Proposed Subject Of The Order. It Is Envisaged That The Contract Award Procedure May Be Invalidated If The Funds Intended By The Contracting Authority To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded.
