Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Towns Of Pawęzów And Śmigno in Poland

3.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Water Supply Network Starting On Plot Number 335/19 In Pawęzów And Ending On Plot Number 412/3 In Śmigno. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program Developed By The Ordering Party Along With Annexes (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu). The Task Should Include, Among Others: • Obtaining Consents From The Owners Of Private Plots For The Installation Of A Water Supply Network • Preparing Design Documentation Containing All The Necessary Conditions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Enabling The Proper Execution Of The Task, • Performing Preparatory And Accompanying Works Such As Excavations And Cuttings Pipelines, Replacement Of Fittings, Drainage Of Excavations, Waste Disposal, Occupation Of The Road And Restoration Of The Area After The Works, Construction Of Temporary Bypass Pipelines (By Lanes), • Performing A Leak Test, Rinsing And Disinfecting The Pipeline, • Switching The Existing Distribution Pipelines, • Switching The Existing House Connections, • Plugging The Section Of The Dn300 Water Supply Network That Is Being Decommissioned. The Works Covered By The Agreement Should Be Designed And Performed In Accordance With The Guidelines The Ordering Party (Contained In The Information Part Of This Fup), The Requirements Of Polish And Eu Law. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages: Stage 1 - Design Works, Stage 2 - Construction Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: - Functional And Utility Program - Annex 1 To The Ffu (Route Of The Water Supply Network) - Annex 2 To The Ffu (Technical Conditions Of Gsk) - Annex 3 To The Ffu (Bill Of Quantities - Auxiliary Document) The Bill Of Quantities Was Made Available Only As An Auxiliary Document For The Calculation Of The Offer Price And Does Not Constitute A Binding Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1.2. The Ordering Party Technically And Formally Described The Subject Of The Order Using The Following Documents: • Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Attachments (Annex No. 8 To The Swz), • Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 7 To The Swz). 3.1.3. The Public Procurement To Which This Description Refers Is Carried Out By The Ordering Party And Is Co-Financed By The Government Program Polish Order Fund: Strategic Investment Program.
