1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Supervision Of Property At The Headquarters Of The Krasiczyn Forest District In Przemyśl, Ul. November 29, 12/1/1. The Following Facilities And Property Located Therein Are Subject To Supervision: - 2-Story Office Building - Outpatient Clinic And Educational And Utility Rooms - Shed Building - Car Wash - Workshop Building - All Other Facilities And Property Of The Forest District On The Property, Office Building And Facilities Inside The Fence And Immediately Adjacent Areas.1.2. Property Supervision Will Consist In External Guarding Of The Facilities Specified In Point. 1.1: - 24 Hours A Day: On Non-Working Days - Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays; In The Period From January 1 To April 30 And From November 1 To December 31. - From 3:00 P.M. To 7:15 A.M. The Next Day: On Working Days In The Period From May 1 To October 31. (Working Days, I.E. Monday To Friday)1.3. The Duties Of The Caretaker Include, Among Others: - Guarding Property Against Burglary And Theft Inside And Outside The Supervised Facility; - Making Rounds Of The Facility And The Square Inside The Fence, While Checking The Security Of Doors, Windows, Gates, And Fire Protection; - Recording Each Round In The Duty Book; - Taking Care Of Order In The Square And Around The Office; - Mowing Grass Areas (Grass Area To Be Mowed 1 121 M2 - 6 Times A Year) With The Contractors Equipment; - In Winter, Clearing Snow From The Forest District Square, The Square Next To The Leased Facilities And The Sidewalk Adjacent To The Property, Including The Stairs To The Office Building And The Clinic Building From The Side Of Ul. Brodziński, If Necessary, Mechanical Equipment, Including Sand Sprinkling (Contractors Material). Area For Snow Removal 1,790.40 M2, Area For Spreading 402.40 M2.1.4. The Duties Of The Supervisor Are Included In The Supervision Card Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.1.5. As Part Of The Supervision Service Provided, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Employees With Standard, Uniform, Complete Uniforms With A Clear, Visible Identifier Containing The Contractors Data And The Details Of The Employee Performing Supervision-Related Duties.1.6. The Contractor Submits Monthly Graphics With A List Of Services And The Names Of People Performing Them.1.8. The Contractor Will Use Its Own Equipment And Materials To Perform The Service, Appropriate To The Scope Of Activities Performed. If Necessary (Due To Heavy Snowfall), The Contractor Will Use Mechanical Equipment To Clear Snow.
