The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Modernization Of Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Systems In Buildings No. 15, No. 27, The Department Of Environmental Toxicology And The Main Building Of The Institute Of Maritime And Tropical Medicine Of The Medical University Of Gdańsk.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Material Scope Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To These Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are Only Auxiliary And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Offer.3. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order And The Payment Schedule Are Included In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.
