The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Construction Project Titled: Development Of Sustainable Urban Mobility Through The Construction Of Transfer And P&R Centers With Accompanying Infrastructure And The Expansion Of The Its System In The Communes Of The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Wałbrzych, Boguszów Gorce, Czarny Bór, Dobromierz, Głuszyca, Jedlina-Zdrój, Mieroszów, Szczawno-Zdrój, Stare Bogaczowice, Walim, Świebodzice In The Design And Build Mode In The Part Regarding The Construction Of A Transfer Center With Accompanying Infrastructure In Wałbrzych.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: 1) Develop Comprehensive, Full-Discipline Design Documentation With Authors Supervision And Obtain, On Its Basis, The Administrative Decisions Necessary For Implementation, Including The Decision On The Building Permit. The Documentation Should Include In Particular: I) Geodetic Situational And Elevation Maps For Design Purposes, Ii) A Detailed Inventory Of The Area Covered By The Study, Iii) A Multi-Discipline Construction Design, Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended). As Amended), I.E.
