Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation of Hybrid Virtualized Server, Firewall Infrastructure & Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Email Solution with Office Productivity Suite and Data Migration of Existing Data from the Present System for the Department of External Resources as specified in the requirement schedule (Section V) of the bid document. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Fifty Thousand (50,000 LKR). The method of payment will be by cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below 01 Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened who choose to attend in person or on-line at 3.00 p.m. All bids must be accompanied by (4,000,000) or before 15th December 2025 @ 3.00 p.m. in the presence of the bidders representatives the address below at 15th December 2025 @ , "Bid-Security," of Rupees Four Million (LKR 4,000,000).
