The Subject Of This Contract Is Construction Work On The Regeneration Of The Na Hermaně Housing Estate Site Event The Construction Work, Which Is The Subject Of This Contract, Consists In The Improvement Of Roads, Green Areas And Sidewalks In The Location Of The Na Hermaně Housing Estate. As Part Of The Building, There Will Be The Necessary Felling Of Greenery In The Number Of 27 Pieces Of Trees And Bushes, The Removal Of Existing Furniture And The Removal Of The Humus Layer In The Entire Area Of ​​The Building. As Part Of The Design, All Communications In The Inner Block, An Increase In The Number Of Parking Spaces, A Design For Urban Furniture, A Complete Reconstruction Of Public Lighting And A New Rainwater Drainage System Were Addressed. The Construction Will Be Drained Using A Longitudinal And Transverse Slope Into The Newly Constructed Street Drains, Which Will Be Fed Into The Newly Proposed Sewer System. As Part Of The New Sewerage System, A Retention Tank With Regulated Discharge Into The Existing Sewerage Under The Administration Of Smvak Ostrava Is Designed. The Building Was Designed Taking Into Account Possible Partial Seepage Into The Greenery.
