The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The New Construction Of The Lošbates Apartment Building In Louňovice. It Is A Three-Story Building Without A Basement. On Each Floor There Are Two Mirror-Inverted 2+Kk Apartments With A Usable Area Of ​​62.6M2 (375.6M2 In Total On Three Above-Ground Floors). Access To The Individual Housing Units Is Via A Staircase From The North Side Of The Apartment Building, Which Is Located Together With The Corridors In A Separate Block Without A Completely Structurally Closed Facade, I.E. Actually In An Outdoor Environment. On The 1St Floor, In Addition To 2 Apartments, There Is An Entrance Area From Which Storage Cubicles And A Room In The Back Of The House Are Accessible. It Is Divided Into A Cleaning Chamber And A Part For Strollers. Through The Entrance Hall And Stairs We Reach Each Apartment, The Entrance Door Of Which Is Actually Adjacent To The Outdoor Environment. After Entering The Apartment, We Reach The Vestibule.
