1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Ensure The Protection Of People And Property In 2026 In Both Premises Of The Museum. Father Emil Drobny In Rybnik: The Old Town Hall (At Ul. Rynek 18), As Well As In The Juliusz Edukatorium (At Ul. Klasztorna 11).1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Services: 1) 24/7 Physical Protection Of Persons And Property By One Security Employee At The Premises Of The Museum. Father Emil Drobny In Rybnik: Old Town Hall, From 0:00 On 01/01/2026 Until 24:00 On December 31, 2026, 2) Monitoring Signals Transmitted, Collected And Processed In Electronic Alarm And Fire Protection Devices And Systems, 3) Ad Hoc Protection In The Form Of A Motorized Intervention Group In Alarm, Emergency And Control Situations, 4) Additional Protection During One One-Day Event Organized By The Ordering Party - Night Of Museums On The Premises Of The Protected Facility Or Outside It, At The Request Of The Ordering Party By Two Security Employees From 17:00 To 1:00. The Duration Of Each Event Will Not Exceed 8 Hours. The Total Additional Number Of Hours On This Day Is: 16. Employees Assigned By The Contractor To Protect Events Must Be Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees.1.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Definition Of The Duties Of Security Employees, Is Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Work Regulations For A Security Employee At The Father Emil Drobny Museum In Rybnik. 1.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Create A Permanent Team Of 4 Appropriately Trained And Equipped Security Staff To Carry Out The Order. Each Security Employee Carrying Out The Order Should Have At Least 12 Months Of Documented Experience As A Qualified Physical Security Employee.1.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Its Own 24-Hour Alarm Monitoring Station.1.5.
