The Subject Of The Order Is The Design (If Necessary, The Execution Of Replacement Construction Designs) And Construction Of A Set Of Cogeneration Units In The City Of Wołomin, By Connecting Cogeneration Heat Sources In Four Locations In Wołomin, I.E.: 1. At Ul. Szosa Jadowska 49, Plot No. 4/3 Rev. 01 Nowe Lipiny In Wołomin – Location Ec1 (Building) 2. At Ul. Rejtana On Plot No. 147/12 Rev. 27 Wołomin – Location Ec2 (Building) 3. At Ul. Reja, On Plot No. 46/2 Rev. 24 Wołomin - Location Ec3 (Container Development) 4. At Ul. Armii Krajowej On Plot No. 176/36 Rev. 21 Wołomin - Location Ec4 (Container Development) The Implementation Of The Investment Task Consists In Carrying Out All Activities Aimed At Providing Fully Operational And Operating Combined Heat And Power Plants In The Indicated Locations, Including: Container Development Or Construction Facility As Required (Building), In Which The Contractor Will Install One Unit For Generating Electricity And Heat Using High-Efficiency Cogeneration Technology (I.E. Generating Unit). The Investment Task Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Construction, Commissioning And Preparation Of The Facilities For Independent Operation By The Ordering Party, Including Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. Each Cogeneration Unit Must Cooperate With The Existing Heating System In A Way That Does Not Cause Disruptions In Its Operation. The Basic Goal Of The Investment Task Is To Prepare Executive Designs, Construction And Preparation For Subsequent Operation By The Ordering Party Of High-Efficiency Cogeneration Systems Powered By Natural Gas Type E Based On The Technology Of Internal Combustion Engines For The Above-Mentioned. Locations Belonging To Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej W Wołomin Sp. Z O. O. The Designed Facility Is Intended To: • Simultaneously Produce Electricity And Thermal Energy In Combination With The Most Effective Use Of Chemical Energy Contained In Gas Fuel, • Reduce The Energy Impact Of The Combustion Of Solid Fuels On The Natural Environment, • Improve The Security Of Heat Supplies To The Heating System. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Design Services And Construction Works In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular With Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations Regarding Independent Technical Functions In Construction And Regulations Regarding Products And Materials Used In Construction. When Starting To Implement The Task, It Should Be Borne In Mind That Its Purpose Is To Build A Gas Engine Module For The Combined Production Of Electricity And Heat In A Way That Will Achieve The Assumed Guaranteed Parameters, Including Those Declared By The Contractor In The Offer. Therefore, The Contractor Should Exercise Due Diligence At The Stage Of Design And Selection Of Equipment And Materials, As Well As Construction, Technical And Functional Solutions That Will Enable The
