The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of An Agricultural Tractor And A Gardening Tractor As Well As Software For Farm Management. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Performance Tests And Commissioning Of The Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order; 2) Installation Of Software On The Infrastructure Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation, Operation And Basic Maintenance Of The Delivered Devices (Max. 10 People) Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party; 4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of The Software Covered By The Subject Of The Contract (Max. 10 People) Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party; 5) Granting A Software License Under The Terms Specified In Section 16 And Further § 2 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 4(5) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz; 6) Granting A Minimum 24-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In § 5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Submitted In The Offer).
