In Accordance With Articles R.2185-1 And R.2185-2 Of The Public Order Code, Lot No. 03 Of Framework Agreement No. 2025037 Was Declared Without Further Action To The Extent That Irregularities Were Noted After Opening Of The Offers Calling Into Question The Legal Certainty Of The Procedure And Of The Contract Which Would Have Been Concluded. It Is Therefore Appropriate To Relaunch This Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Masonry Equipment And Materials Necessary For The Works Under The Control Of Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine
