File Servers – Delivery Of Computer Equipment – ​​Order No. 3. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Sale And Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Needs Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Office In Olsztyn As Part Of The Permanent Backup Security System, Which Consists Of: 1) All-Flash Deduplicator - 1 Pc., 2) Hybrid Deduplicator - 1 Pc., 3) Launch Of The Permanent Backup Security System. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Descriptions In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contain Minimum Requirements For The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Contract With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters. 4. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Certificates, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. 5. The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, In Factory Packaging, Non-Returnable To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6. The Delivered Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Technically Efficient, Together With The Required Controllers, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Contemporary Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, Including Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
