This Consultation Concerns Repair Work On Structuring Roads Using Bituminous Products - 25M0360aoo This Work Concerns More Precisely The Localized Repair Of Sections Of The Metropolitan Roads Of Toulouse Métropole Or Roads Of Similar Size And With Equivalent Natures And Volumes Of Materials, As Part Of An Annual Maintenance Campaign For Roadways Using Bituminous Products: Concrete Bituminous, Serious Bitumen, Serious Emulsion, Surface Coatings, Cold-Cast Bituminous Materials And In-Place Reprocessing With Hydraulic Or Hydrocarbon Binder. The Procurement Procedure Used Is: Open Call For Tenders. It Is Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement With Maximum (See Article 4 Of The Act Of Commitment) Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code.
