Tender For Misc B/R Repair Of External Services Under Age (I) (U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10 - Taking down rolling shutters complete pull/push or gear operated/ manually type including servicing, repairing all moving mounted parts / components (including locking arrangements) necessary welding easing, adjustment , replacing damaged parts such as (slates, bottom lock plate, helical spring, head gear box, hood cover, pullies, pipes) wherever required, greasing,refixing in the same location and painting with synthetic enamel paint to complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Spare parts will be measured & paid separately. 2 Supply only mild steel 1.25mm thick black sheet as in top cover for rolling shutter fixed to wall in proper size , shape & position suitable for rolling shutter including removing damaged portion and applying one shop coat of primer before fixing complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Supply only MS Spring for rolling shutter, size of spring 450mm long inner dia not less than 65mm and MS wire 8mm dia complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Supply only MS pipes heavy duty of 40mm dia as in shaft of rolling shutter complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Supply only cast iron geared pullies of standard size and shape as per existing and suitable for operation of rolling shutters as required complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 Supply only head gear box of standard size and shape with key as per existing & suitable for operation of rolling shutter as approved complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Dismantling old MS/steel rolling shutter of any size and position including cutting hole for taking down existing hold fast complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 S&F of steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath is 1.25mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 S&F of steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath is 1.25mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paintcomplete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 S&F for safety lever locks mild steelwith 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 S&F for ball bearing for rolling complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5/10 mm graded stone aggregate )as in hold fast complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size and quality from wooden/steel frames including punching and drillingout old glazing pin and provide new complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 S&F for 3.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Taking down door / window frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame ) area not exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Taking down door / window frame with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame ) areaexc 1.5 but n exc 4sqm complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Taking down shutters but area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm including iron mongry and fittings etc complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M&L for flush shutter 30mm thickness, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panel, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M&L for 2nd class hard wood 35mm glazed and skelton shuttersopen rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S.
