Starting From March 2023, Lennuliiklustenindus As (Eans) Introduced A Map Application That Displays Information About Geographical Areas To Mõs Operators. The Current Software Used By Eans Does Not Allow The Rapid Creation Of Temporary Geographical Areas By State Authorities As Stipulated By The Aviation Act. It Is Also Not Possible To Apply The System Currently In Use For Issuing Permits To Operators Of A Special Category And Receiving The Mõs Remote-Id Signal To Monitor Drone Traffic. The Transport Board Is Conducting A Market Study To Understand What Capabilities Exist In The Sector To Create A Uav Mapping Application Solution That Must Solve The Current Bottlenecks And Also Enable Additional Functions For The Country.
