Porin Stadium Offers Excellent Conditions For Practicing, Enjoying And Competing In Athletics, The Athletics Stadium Also Offers Schools, Organizations And Municipalities The Opportunity To Organize Various Sports And Outdoor Events Suitable For The Area. The Technical Department Of The City Of Pori Is Requesting Offers For The Renovation Of Porin Stadiums Maintenance Building In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Athletics Stadium Was Completed In 1966, The Field Was Fundamentally Improved In 1982, 1992, 2004. The Purpose Of The Renovation Work Is To Update The Quality Level Of Part A Of The Maintenance Building To Meet Todays Guidelines, Quality Requirements And To Significantly Reduce The Environmental Impact Of The Materials Used. Construction Engineering (Ru) And Hvac Works. The Electrical Contract (Su) Is Carried Out As A Separate Contractor. Contract Offers Are Made According To The Attached Pdf Plans And Documents. The Total Price Of The Contract For Construction Engineering And Building Engineering Works Is Thus Given, Including All Works And Accessories, In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Contracts Comparison Criterion And The Contractors Selection Criteria Is The Total Price. Bidders Are Not Compensated For Making A Bid, Nor If The Procurement Process Is Interrupted Before The Procurement Decision; The Customer Is Not Obliged To Compensate The Bidders For The Costs Incurred By Participating In The Process.
