The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning Service For The Administrative Building Of Tampereen Seudun Keskuspuithtamo Oy (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). The Administrative Building Was Completed In The Spring Of 2024 At Sulkavuorenkuja 6, 33820 Tampere. The Customer Of The Service Is Operated By Tampereen Seudun Keskuspuftimamo Oy (Hereafter The Customer). The Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Of The Tampere Region Was Built In Sulkavuori. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Is Firmly Built Into The Rock, And The Administration Building And The Biogas Plant Are On The Ground. Tampereen Seudu Keskuspuifitamo Oy Is Owned By The Municipalities Of Kangasala, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Tampere And Vesilahti And Ylöjärven Vesi Oy. The Object Of The Service Is The Premises Of The Administration Building And Three (3) Control Rooms, One Of Which Is Located In The Administration Building, One In The Biogas Plant And One Below In The Wastewater Treatment Plant In The Rock Premises.
