The Subject Of The Order Is: Performance Of A Comprehensive Renovation Of Two Bathrooms In The Building Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Brzeg, Ul. Saperska 16. The Order Covers All The Works Necessary To Perform A Complete, Functional And Compliant Renovation Of Two Bathrooms, In Accordance With The Description Contained In The Opz And The Documentation Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Active Facility Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Brzeg, Which Requires The Contractor To Carry Out Work In A Way That Ensures The Continuity Of Operation Of The Unit.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 1) Disassembly Works: Dismantling Of Sanitary Equipment, Fittings, Electrical Equipment, Dismantling Of Doors And Frames, Cutting Of Wall And Floor Tiles, Demolition Of Building Elements, Removal And Disposal Of Rubble. 2) Construction And Finishing Works: Construction Of Panels Waterproof Plasterboard, Construction Of Suspended Plasterboard Ceilings, Preparation Of Surfaces For Tiling, Laying Wall And Floor Tiles, Waterproofing Wet Zones, Painting Ceilings With Moisture-Resistant Paint, Installation Of Internal Doors With Frames.3) Sanitary Installations: Installation Of Flush-Mounted Toilet Sets And Toilet Bowls, Construction Of Water And Sewage And Central Heating Systems, Installation Of Linear Drains, Installation Of Ladder Radiators, Performance Of Tightness Tests.4) Electrical Installation: Adaptation Of The Installation To The New Room Layout, Installation Of Led Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of Sockets, Switches And Accessories, Performance Of As-Built Measurements.5) Bathroom Equipment: Installation Of Cabins Walk-In, Installation Of Concealed Shower Sets, Installation Of Cabinets, Washbasins, Mirrors And Accessories, Installation Of Finishing Elements (Maskings, Silicone Coating).3. All Materials Used By The Contractor Must Be Brand New, Of High Quality And Approved For Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, Principles Of Construction Practice, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Guidelines, Documentation And Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5. The Quantities Indicated In The Opz Are Indicative And Cannot Constitute The Basis For Requesting A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration.6.
