The Form Chosen Is That Of The Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 To R.2162-6 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. The Services Are Broken Down Into 2 Lots Each Giving Rise To A Separate Contract, Designated Below Each Giving Rise To A Separate Contract. These Lots As Well As Their Amounts Excluding Tax, For The Initial Period Of The Market As Well As For Each Renewal Period If Applicable, Are Defined As Follows: - Lot No. 1 “Plants - Flowers - Floral Arrangements” - Minimum Amounts: 800 Excluding Tax / Maximum: 8,000 Excluding Tax, - Lot No. 2 “Sheaves Of Death” - Minimum Amounts: 3,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum: 20,000 Excl.
