Film – Procurement: Improvement And Housing Of The Old Field In The Rediscension Of The Municipality Of Thermaikos. The Project Concerns The Construction Of An Indoor Gymnasium, With A Capacity Of 224 Seated Spectators, With Modern Specifications. The Project Corresponds To A Closed Installation With Up To 1,000 Spectators, I.E. Category D According To The Law. Class D Facilities Refer To Small Indoor Gyms With A Local Reach. The Construction Of A Frame With A Metal Bearing Body And A Tensile Architectural Membrane Of High Strength Is Planned. In Addition, Bleachers, Changing Rooms, Sanitary Areas And Other Infrastructure Will Be Designed, So That The Indoor Gym Fully Meets The Requirements Of Greek And European Legislation For Sports Facilities And The Technical Guidelines For Accessibility For The Disabled. The Project Is Part Of The Wider Planning Of Upgrading The Sports Facilities Of The Municipality, Making Use Of The Existing Plot (On Which There Are Also Two Open Tennis Courts) For The Benefit Of The Local Community.
