The Contracting Authority Needs To Enter Into One (1) Agreement For The Supply, Connection, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And Furnishing Of 10 Modular Residential Units To Be Rented, With The Option To Purchase The Residential Units At The End Of Each Contract Year. The Location At Prinses Margrietstraat 17 In Bunschoten Has Been Designated For The Placement Of These Residential Units. The Assignment Consists Of: (1) Preparing The Site For Construction (2) Delivery (3) Connection (4) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance (5) Furnishing 10 Modular Residential Units. 4 Of The 10 Residential Units Must Be Suitable For The Occupancy Of Five People. 6 Residential Units Must Be Suitable For 3 People. Each Residential Unit Must Be Equipped With Sleeping And Living Space, Sanitary Facilities, A Kitchen, Comfortable Furnishings, Sufficient Daylight And Ventilation (In Accordance With Bbl New Construction Decree For Permanent Homes).
