The Subject Of The Order Includes Supplies Of Organic Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Packaged Food Products Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Repeal Of Council Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 For The Needs Of Nurseries And Childrens Kitchens Located In The Territory Of The West Region With The Aim Of: Providing Children With Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food; Ensuring A Correct Feeding Regime For Children, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Children Are Fed; Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Free Warehouse (Receiving Premises) In The Buildings Of The Respective Nurseries And Childrens Kitchens According To Their Prior Requests And According To Their Working Hours. The Deliveries Of Food Products To The Nurseries And Childrens Kitchens In The Territory Of The Zapaden Region, Plovdiv Municipality Will Be Carried Out Within The Working Day For The Childrens Facilities, As Follows: - Deliveries Of Organic Fruit And Vegetable Preserves And Packaged Food Products Produced In Accordance With The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 30 May 2018 On Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And Repealing Regulation (Ec) No. 834/2007 Of The Council - Deliveries Should Be Made At Least Once Every Two Weeks, Up To 5 / Five / Days After Receiving A Request According To The Working Hours Of The Childrens Facilities, But Not Later Than 11:00 A.M. And According To The Request Received. Food Delivery Requests Will Be Forwarded To The Selected Contractor By Telephone, Fax Or E-Mail By Officials Working For The Relevant Nursery Or Childrens Kitchen At Least Twice A Month, And No Later Than Five Days Before The Desired Delivery Date. These Terms Do Not Exclude Extraordinary Requests And Deliveries. If Necessary, The Parties Can Agree On Another Time, As Well As Making Extraordinary Deliveries. The Term Of Validity Of The Public Procurement Contract To Be Concluded Is 18 (Eighteen) Calendar Months, Counted From The Date Of Its Entry Into Force Or Until The Specified Funds Are Exhausted In The Amount Up To The Value Of The Public Procurement Contract, Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs Earlier. ! Upon Expiration Of The Contract For Public Procurement, But Not Exhausting Its Value And In The Presence Of Funds Under The Contract, Its Term May Be Extended Until Its Value Is Exhausted, But Not More Than 6 (Six) Calendar Months. ! The Contract For Public Procurement, Which Will Be Concluded In This Public Procurement, Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Conclusion.​​​​​​
