The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Delivery Of One Specialized Orthopedic Operating Table, Installation Of A Specialized Orthopedic Operating Table, Commissioning And Training Of Personnel To Work With The New Table, As Well As Its Warranty Service Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Employers Requirements, Contained In This Public Procurement Documentation. As Of The Date Of The Opening Of The Present Procedure, No Financing Has Been Secured, Therefore The Contract Will Include A Clause For Deferred Implementation According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
