The Delivery Of The Fertilizers Also Only Takes Place Within The Municipality Of Valkenswaard. This Assignment Forms One Technical Whole. There Is Therefore No Question Of A Combined Order. The Size Of The Order Is Such That It Is Easily Feasible For An Sme Supplier With Specialization In Providing Fertilization Advice And Supplying Fertilizers. For This Reason It Is Not Necessary To Divide The Assignment Into Lots. Also From A Business Economics Point Of View It Is Not Advisable To Divide The Order Into Lots, Because In Such A Case The Size Of These Lots Will Be Too Small And This Will Have An Upward Effect On Prices And (Internal) Costs. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two Years And A Maximum Of Six Years. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is March 2, 2026. Normally The Term Of A Framework Agreement Is Four Years. Deviations From This May Be Permitted Provided This Is Properly Substantiated. In This Specific Case, The Fertilization Recommendations Are Made On The Basis Of A Soil Test. The Soil Test Has A Shelf Life Of Three Years. By Opting For A Maximum Term Of Six Years, The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Equivalent To Two Soil Surveys.
