The Minimum Technical Requirements For The Performance Stage Are Presented In The Tender Documents. The Contractor Appoints All Responsible Persons Necessary For Planning And Construction. The Contractors Performance Obligation Includes The Design And Construction Of The Object According To The Tender Documents, Including All Labor Costs, Fully Completed In Accordance With These Tender Documents. In The Execution Of The Contract, All The Initial Information Presented In The Tender Documents Must Be Taken Into Account.
