Tender For Special Repairs To Bldg No T603 T604 And T605 At Suranassi Mil Station; 1 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar , including all quoins arces etc, complete, all as directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, complete, all as directed. 3 M&L forcement concrete 1:2:4, type B–1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring using glass divding strip, complete, all as specified and directed. Note: Glass dividing strip shall be measure as supply only under respective item. 4 M&L for brick work , with sub class "B" bricks built in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, complete all as specified & directed. (Note: Bldg height may vary upto 10.0 m) 5 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster incl raking out joints hacking for keys srubbing down with water etc, complete, all as directed. 6 M&L for 10 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.(Note: Bldg height may vary upto 10.0 m) 7 M&L for15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note: Bldg height may vary upto 10.0 m) 8 Demolition of stone slabs,floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), remvoving serviceable tiles to storeand rubbis off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&Lfor 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, over and including 20 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for 75 mm thick cement concretetype C-2, 1:3:6 as in plinth protectionwith using 40mm graded stone aggregate including making joints at every 2.5m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ration 1:2 by weightetc complete all as specified and as directed . 11 Supply only glass dividing strip 38mm wide and 3mm thick inserted in position, complete all as specified & directed. 12 Dismantling wrought ironor mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified anddirected. 13 S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. (Size of each door is upto 20 sqm) 25 Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roofcoverings,complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GIbased corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick in camaouflage colour pattern having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified & directed.(Note: Bldg height may veryupto 10.0 m) 27 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick in camaouflage colour pattern having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified & directed.(Note: Bldg height may veryupto 10.0 m) 28 M&L forcutting chases, pinning in, making goods to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing ,steps,cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, parapet wall etc, cutting exc 10cm but n. exc 20 cm girth, complete, all as specified & directed. 29 S&F aluminium foil insulation sheet consists aluminium foil laminated with bubble wrap double layer bubble ( 02 bubbles plus both sides aluminium foil) 8.0mm thick as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified & directed. duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium condutor of size 16 sq mm 4 coreincluding taking down the old cable complete all as specified and directed. 53 Excavation in trenchesnot exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of GI pipe, cable etcnot exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose of soil, complete, all as specified & directed. 54 Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified & directed. 55 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositingwhere directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mabove the starting point in soft /loose soil, complete, all as directed. 56 M&L forsand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick (punned down to 10 cm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment. 57 S&F common burnt clay building brick Sub class B designation75 and laying it perpendicular along the length of the cable all as specified and directed.
