The Quantities To Be Procured Are Estimated In The Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. The Whole Subject To Procurement Consists Of The Drill System And Its Consumables: 1.1 Console 1.2 Foot Pedal 1.3 Motorized Handpiece For Perforator And Drill Chucks 1.4 Side Cutter Chuck, Including Compatible L-Legs 1.5 Angular Approx. 10-12 Cm (Or The Closest Equivalent) Chuck For E.G. Rose Or Diamond Blade 1.6 Angular Approx. 12-15 Cm (Or The Closest Equivalent) Chuck For E.G. Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. - The Offered High-Speed Drill System Is Suitable For Pediatric And Adult Neurosurgical Procedures (Cranial And Spinal Surgery) And Includes A Trepan Drill, A Side Cutter (The Term Side Cutter Will Be Used In The Future) And A Drill Drill. - The Operating Environment Of The Equipment Is The Operating Theaters Of The Pohjois Savo Wellness Area And The Users Are Healthcare Professionals. Other Things To Consider: The Acquisition Of Drill Assemblies Is Affected By The Annual Allocation, I.E. Not All Assemblies Are Procured At Once. The Customer Does Not Commit To A Specific Purchase Quantity And The Purchase Contract Does Not Create A Purchase Obligation. A Maintenance Contract Is A Mandatory Option For The Period After The Warranty Period, And The Calculated Annual Price Of The Maintenance Contract Is Taken Into Account In The Price Comparison. A Loaner Is Available For The Device Free Of Charge For Maintenance And Repair During The Devices Lifetime. The Loan Device Will Be Delivered Within 48 Hours Of Expressing The Need. A Maximum Of Two (2) Suppliers Will Be Selected As Suppliers, Who Will Be Prioritized Based On The Results Of The Comparison, With The Second Supplier Being The Alternate Supplier. Orders Are Placed On A First-Come, First-Served Basis. The Need For A Substitute Supplier Arises If The Sale Of The Primary Suppliers Product Is Interrupted, There Are Long Supply Interruptions, Or Quality Issues Arise During Procurement That Cannot Be Corrected.
