Structural Shell Work – Rohbauarbeiten. Agrarliche Rentenbank [Lr] Is A Federal Development Bank With Its Headquarters At Hochstrasse 2 In Frankfurt Am Main. The Building Is Located At A Traffic Junction In Downtown Frankfurt Between The Eschenheimer Tor And The Ramparts. The Bank Building Was Completed In 1956 And, With Its Appearance And Urban Layout, Is Considered Important And Groundbreaking For Post-War Architecture. The Building Complex Is Registered As A Cultural Monument And Is Under Monument Protection. In The Already Vacated Building, The Existing Interior Fittings Have Already Been Completely Dismantled. The Rentenbank Itself Has Moved Into An Interim Building For The Duration Of The Construction Work. The Building Is Divided Into Two Main Components: - Component 1: A Crossbar With Up To Three Underground And Seven Above-Ground Full Floors Plus A Staggered Floor With A Flying Roof - Component 2: A Longitudinal Building With Two Underground And Five Above-Ground Floors Parallel To The Elevated Road. Both Components Are Accessible Via A Connecting Building In Which The Main Staircase Is Located. To The West Of The Crossbar, On Level U1, There Is A Farm Yard With Parking Spaces For Serving The Building. The Building Is Classified As A Special Building According To The Hessian Building Code (Hbo). The Building Was Constructed In A Reinforced Concrete Frame Construction With An Elevator Core And Bracing Reinforced Concrete Ceilings. The Lr Would Like To Sustainably Upgrade Its Headquarters With Its Approx. 12,000 M² Gfa In Terms Of Energy, Fire Protection And Construction. In Addition, The High-Rise Block (Component 1) Is To Be Increased By 4 Full Floors Or Approx. 3,200 M² Gfa. For This Purpose, The Flying Roof Above The Staggered Floor Will Be Dismantled, Upgraded And Rebuilt On The New Staggered Floor After The Building Has Been Increased. The Main Elevator Core Is Expanded And Rotated. Below Todays Farmyard, A 2-Story Underground Car Park Is Intended To Cover The Necessary Need For A Total Of 33 Parking Spaces For Cars And Is Connected To The Main Building (Component 1) On All Levels. The Listed Natural Stone Facade Is To Be Renewed And Restored True To The Original After The Reinforced Concrete Structure Has Been Renovated. The Subject Of The Advertised Service Is Work In The Shell Construction Trade. As Part Of The Renovation And Expansion Of The Agricultural Pension Bank Building, The Renovation Work On The Existing Building Is Being Carried Out By The Shell Builder Commissioned In This Tender. Significant Interventions Must Be Made In The Supporting Structure; These Include, Among Other Things, Interventions In Stiffening Components, Demolition Of Load-Bearing Beams And Securing Of The Adjacent Areas. In This Context, Various Security Measures - Outside Of The Ancillary Services - Must Be Provided.
