The Ministry Of Education And Culture (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Unit) Is Requesting Your Offer For The Delivery Of The Vocational Education Students Linguistic Competence Report In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Ministry Of Education And Culture Investigates The Linguistic Competence Of Those Under The Scope Of The Compulsory Education Act (Under The Age Of 21) Completing A Vocational Basic Degree. Linguistic Competence Is Assessed For Students In The Beginning And End Of Their Studies. The Survey Produces Information About The Language Skills Of Students In Basic Vocational Education.
