The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes: Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Installation Of The Proposed Medical Equipment, Part Technological, Part Technical Project In All Necessary Directions (Architecture, Structural Design, Hvac, Electrical Installations And Communications), Part Radiation Protection, In Accordance With All Statutory Requirements, Incl. Legal And Factual Actions; Preparation And Submission Of Documents For Coordination With Rzi; Submission Of Documents And A Project To The Nra For The Issuance Of A Construction Permit And Installation; Manufacturing, Delivery And Installation Of The Start-Up Electrical Panel For The Control Of The C-Arm Type Digital X-Ray System; Delivery Of The C-Arm Digital X-Ray System; Bringing Into The Premises Designated For The Arrangement; Installation And Commissioning; Adjustments, Tests And Preliminary Tests According To The Manufacturers Instructions; Organization And Conduct Of A Start-Up Test, According To Order No. 2 Of 05.02.2018 On The Conditions And Procedure For Ensuring Protection Of Persons During Medical Radiation; Preparation And Submission Of An Application To Rzi For Measuring The Radiation Characteristics Of The Working Environment And Organization Until Receiving An Opinion On Commissioning; Preparing Complete Documentation For Licensing The Activity With The Delivered And Installed C-Arm Type Digital X-Ray System And Submitting It To The National Radio And Television Agency; Performance Of All Necessary Actions, According To All Legal Requirements, Incl. Legal And Factual Actions, Until Obtaining A License In The Nra; Putting Into Operation After Obtaining A License In The National Natural Resources And Energy Agency; Staff Training To Work With The Newly Delivered Medical Equipment; Warranty Maintenance And Service Of The Medical Digital X-Ray System Type C-Arm. The Participation In The Procedure Is Complex For The Delivery Of The Planned C-Arm Type Digital X-Ray System, The Implementation Of All Components And Activities Planned By The Contracting Authority For The Subject Of The Order. The Contract Is Concluded Subject To A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. The Contracting Authority Shall Not Suffer Any Negative Consequences For Failure To Secure Financing And Failure To Send A Contract Letter, Such As Penalties, Damages Or The Like.
