The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select An External Contractor For The Delivery Of Specialized Construction Equipment, Necessary For The Construction Of A Center Of Excellence In The Field Of Construction And Design Of Pgsag Peño Penev - Ruse, Related To The Implementation Of Contract With Reg. No. Bg-Rrp-1.014-0013-C01/19.10.2023 For The Financing Of An Investment Named: Construction Of A Center Of Excellence In The Field Of Construction And Design In Pgsag Peño Penev - Ruse According To A Procedure By Directly Providing Funds To Specific Final Recipients For The Implementation Of Investments Under The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism Bg-Rrp-1.014 Construction Of Centers For High Achievement In Vocational Education And Training Of The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Pillar Innovative Bulgaria, Component 1 Education And Skills, Investment 2 Modernization Of Educational Infrastructure, Co-Financed By The European Union Through The European Structural And Investment Funds. Delivered Equipment Must Be Factory New, In Original Packaging. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Cables, Adapters And Accessories Necessary For Its Normal Operation. The Offered Equipment Must Meet All Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria Regarding Technical Operation, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network (To Be Adapted To Work In The Standardized Electrical Network In The Republic Of Bulgaria). Each Delivered Item Must Be Assembled So That It Is Operable And Performs The Functions Set Out In The Specification. If It Turns Out That An Item Cannot Perform A Given Function, It Should Be Brought To The Contractors Expense In A Condition Where It Can Perform The Functions Set Forth In The Specification. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including And The Scope Of The Activities To Be Performed Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To This Order. The Deadline For The Delivery Is 30 (Thirty) Working Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer To The Contractor, For The Relevant Item(S).
