Separate Item No. 2: Bgn 3,500,000 Without Vat. Public Order For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With More Than One Potential Contractor With A Term Until The Estimated Value Is Exhausted Under Separate Item No. 1 – Bgn 2 Million And 500 Thousand Without Vat And Under Separate Item No. 2 – Bgn 3 Million And 500 Thousand Without Vat, But No Later Than 4 (Four) Years, In Which All The Conditions Are Not Defined, According To Art. 81 - 82 By Holding A Public Competition, In Accordance With Art. 178 Et Seq.
