Film Production Information – Design And Production Of A Full-Dome Format Film For Planetarium. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Design And Production Of A Fulldome Film. This Film Will Be Screened In The Immersive Dome Of The Departmental House Of Environment And Observation (Mdeo) Of Valberg. This Film Must Be In 8K Fisheye (Or Fulldome) Format, Composed Of Real Images And Synthesis With Credits And Promotional Film (Teaser From 1 To 130 Minutes) As Well As A Flat 4K Version For Broadcast On Screen. The Service Providers Mission Is Made Up Of 4 Phases, Specified Below: - Propose A Synopsis Based On The Elements Set Out In The Specific Technical Specifications; - Develop The Synopsis Into A Screenplay And Write The Dialogues; - Finalize The Scenario (Visual And Sound Creations); - Production Of The Film, The Teaser, The 4K Flat Version.
