Tenders are invited for Supply of General Hardware including Bolts & Nuts, Brass Fittings, Pipes & Fittings, Metal Plates, Rods & Profiles, Wire Mesh, Brooms, Coir Ropes and Other Coir Products, Brushes (Wire Brushes and All Types of Paint Brushes), Glass Sheet, Fibreglass Materials (Grp Materials) & Products, Plywood Board and Mdf Boards etc., Valves. Conditions: (1). The Applications shall be Submitted only in Categories Relevant to Goods, Works, and Services that can be Supplied According to the Nature of the Business/ Company as Mentioned in the Business/ Company Registration Certificate. (2). The Applications will be Issued only on the Written Request of Authorized Personnel of the Business/Company Intended to be Registered as a Registered Supplier of SLPA and could be collected from the Inquiry Desk located at the Supplies and Materials Management Division, No.45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01. (3). The Application will be Issued to Existing Registered Suppliers Based on Previous Years Performances. (4). Applications will be Issued on Working Days from 09:00 a.m. To 03:00 p.m. Until 12.12.2025 at the above Desk with the Payment of a Non-Refundable Application Fee of Rs. 1, 000/= + VAT to the Shroff counter located on the same floor. The original payment receipt shall be submitted to the Inquiry Desk during the application collection process. The Shroff counter will only be open up to 03:00 p.m. on working days. (5). Applicants Who Wish to Register with More than One Category shall Submit only One Application, Which Clearly Indicates the Categories Applied for in the Relevant Section of the Application. However, All Relevant Documents Necessary to be Submitted for each Category shall be Properly Marked and Orderly Attached for Easy Reference. In Case of Failure in Submitting Applications as Specified above, Slpa shall have the Right to Reject Applications. (6). The Deadline for Submission of the Applications is before 4:00 p.m. On 15.12.2025. The Late Submissions are not Accepted under Any Circumstances. (7). The Application shall be Submitted in a Sealed Cover Marked "Registration of Suppliers- 2026" on the Top Left-Hand Corner of the Envelope and Addressed to Chief Manager (Supplies and Material Management), Supplies and Material Management Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No. 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01. Applications may Also be Hand-Delivered to the Office at the above Address. (8). The SLPA Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Application. (9).
