Tender For Repair Replacement Of Certain Parts Of Summer And Winter Appliances At Rajouri Under Ge 862 Ews - REPAIR OF GEYSERS:-Disconnecting and removing from position for repair of geyser of any capacity , replacement of glass wool, element, thermostate, water tank, flange assembly etc, cleaning internally and externally including checking for leakage in tank and rectification by gas welding, replacement of gasket, nuts, bolts and clamps, reassembling and refixing in position complete to the entire satisfaction as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Cost of gas welding, nuts, bolts and clamps etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured andpaid for separately under respective item as "supply only". 2 Supply only of heating element3.0 KW (for solar water), complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply only of heating element2.0 KW, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supply only of heating element1.5 / 1.00 KW, complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F in replacement PVC insulated & PVC sheathedmulti stranded copper conductor cable flexible3 core, 2.5Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply only thermostat ranging 60 degree to 90 degree adjustable type,operative on 250 Volts, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply only indicator lamp,round/square, green/red as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply only inner tank made out of stainless steel of standarad gauge for 25 to 35 litres capacity geysers, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. 9 Supply only inner tank made out of stainless steel for 50 litres capacity geysers, ISI markedcomplete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply only geyser syphonassembly chromium plated suitable for 50 litres capacity geysers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply only geyser syphonassembly chromium plated suitable for 25/35 litres capacity geysers ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fix in replacement PVC connection heavy duty connecting withtwo Nos ofadopter and washer of size 450 to 600 mm longsuitable for geyser and including all fixing accessories, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosureswith two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 14 REPAIR TO FANS:- Taking down carefully ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep and exhaust fan/pedestal/air circulator any sweep, from various bldgs (or collecting from MES E/M Store Yard) as directed, opening up for servicing/repair, removing dust and dirt ,cleaning fan motor with cotton/waste malmal, washing blades with detergent powder, greasing to serviceable bearings, checking of nuts,bolts, washer, rubber buff, split pin, condensers, MS clamps, rubber packing, condensers block, rubber reel etc for any damages and replacement of damaged and unserviceable items for the smooth and satisfactory functioning, re-fixing fans etc in position, connecting to electric system and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of damaged/unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid seprately. 15 M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 1200 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block including cutting down and removing complete burnt winding after inspection complete all as specifiedand directed. Note:- Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing. 16 M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 240 volt, 50 Hz, 1400 mm sweep of any make with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including sleeve work, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, connection with flexible copper wire 0.472mm dia upto connector block including cutting down and removing complete burnt winding after inspection complete all as specifiedand directed. Note:- Motor shall be wound with machine with same No of turns as per existing. 18 Description all as per srl item No 17 here-in-before, but exhaust fans of 450 mm sweep. 19 Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor AC 415 volts 4 mfd 50 HZ, complete all as specified & directed. 20 Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor AC 415 volts 2.5 /3.15 mfd 50 HZ complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade of 1200mm sweep (as per sample), complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and fixing in replacement of fan blade of 1400mm sweep (as per sample), complete all as specified and directed. 23 S&F in replacement for PVC insulated three core twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 3 core from connector block to ceiling rose and making connection, complete all as specified & directed. 24 S&F in replacement of wall mounted fan AC single phase 230/240 volts, 5 star rated and accessories 400mm sweep, with suiable handing arrangement for fan, complete all as specified and directed. 25 S&F in replacement of PCB (printed control board) sensor for BLDC motor ceiling fan 1200mm, complete all as specified and directed. 26 REPAIR TO REFRIGERATOR:-Dismantling refrigerator/deep freezer of any make capacityfor taking out compressor/condenser/freezer unit etc. for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning condenser/ freezer unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbon dioxide gas to ensure smooth flow of refrigerant gas, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid separately as "supply only". 27 Supply only hermetically sealed compressor unit 1/8 HP for 165/175 Ltr refrigerator complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply only hermetically sealed unit compressor 1/6 HP for 280 to 310 Ltr refrigerators complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply only PCB (printed control board) and sensor complete all as specified and directed. 30 Supply and filling of refrigerant gas R-134A of required quantity including detection and rectification of leakage before charging of gas into compressor including replacement of filters complete all as specified and directed. 31 S&F in replacement starting relay of refrigretor any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 32 S&F in replacement over load protector for refrigerator, any description complete all as specified and directed. 33 S&F in replacement Thermostat of refrigretor of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 34 REPAIR TO WATER COOLERS:-Dismantling water cooler for taking out compressor/ condenser unit etc. for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning condenser unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbon dioxide gas to ensure smooth flow of refrigrant gas, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ as "supply only". 35 Supply only hermetically sealed compressor unit 1/6 HP for 80/120/150 Ltr capacity water cooler complete all as specified and directed. 36 Supply and filling of refrigerant gas R-22 of required quantity including detection and rectification of leakage before charging of gas into compressor including replacement of filters complete all as specified and directed. 37 S&F in replacement starting capacitor 60-80 mfd complete all as specified and directed. 38 S&F in replacement running capacitor 15 mfd complete all as specified and directed. 39 S&F in replacement thermostat for water cooler any description complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F in replacement starting relay for water cooler any description complete all as specified and directed. 41 REPAIR TO AC WINDOW TYPE:-Dismantling and taking out compressor/condenser unit/blower motor etc. from window type AC of capacity 1.5 TR and for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning condenser unit of foreign particle, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in position complete all as specified and directed.Note: Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid separately. 42 M&L for complete servicing of Window AC 1.5/2 Ton Cap.including disconnecting setting a-side cleaning dust particles with blowers and cleaning the condensor fins with chemical and finally with water, rescumbling and testing, complete all as specified and directed. 43 S&F in replacement hermetically sealed compressor unit for AC 1.5 Ton complete all as specified and directed. 44 Taking out old unserviceable blower with fan motor from window type AC 1.5 ton capacity and providing new blower fan motor double shaft, 3 speed, single phase, AC, 1/5 HP, 920 RPM complete all as specified and directed. 45 S&F in replacement starting capacitor 100-120 mfd for AC any description complete all as specified and directed. 46 S&F in replacement starting relay SR-1622 for AC any description complete all as specified and directed. 47 S & F in replacement strip type heater(M type)2 KW for window type Accomplete all as specified and directed. 48 S&F in replacement running capacitor 36 mfd complete all as specifiedand and directed. 49 REPAIR TO AC SPLIT TYPE:-Dismantling and taking out compressor/condenser unit/blower motor etc. from split type AC of capacity 1.5 to 2.0 TR and for repair/replacement of unserviceable parts, cleaning condenser unit of foreign particle, reassembling the appliance, testing and placing in position complete all as specified and directed.Note: Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ. 50 M&L for complete servicing of Split AC 1.5/2 Ton Cap.including disconnecting setting a side cleaning dust particles with blowers and cleaning the condensor fins with chemical and finally with water, reassembling and testing, complete all as specified and directed. 51 S&F in replacement condensor Fan motor complete for AC 1.5 to 2.0 Ton complete all as specified and directed. 52 Rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of standarad gauge, blower motor including replacement of ball bearing,insulating material complete for AC 1.5 to 2.0 Toncomplete all as specified and directed. 53 S&F in replacement of PCB (printed control board) Dule mode and sensor, complete all as specified and directed. 54 S&F in replacement of running capacitor (capacity 40/50 mfd) complete all as specified and directed. 55 S&F in replacement hermetically sealed compressor unit for 1.5 Tonsplit type AC, complete all as specified and directed. 56 S&F in replacement hermetically sealed compressor unit for 2.0 Tonsplit type AC, complete all as specified and directed. 57 Supply and filling of refrigerant gas R-134A of required quantity including detection and rectification of leakage before charging of gas into compressor including replacement of filters complete all as specified and directed. 58 REPAIR TO DEEPFREEZER:-Dismantling of deep freezer for taking out compressor/ condenser/freezer unit of foreign particle and descaling with carbondioxide gas to ensure smooth flowof refrigerant gas, reassembling the appliance , testing and placing in positioncomplete all as specified and directed.
