Tender For Transformer Oil Filtration, Painting, Repair And Associated Works Of 33Kv Substation; 1 Cat (A) -Filtration of transformer oil at site with high vacuum machine including testing of breakdown value and acidity of oil and topping of oil after filtration, all as per relevant IS specifications and as per instructions of IOP-EIC.1. The filtration machine should accompany with oil testing kit to test the dielectric strength of the transformer oil at regular intervals/ as per requirement.2. Before setting up the oil filtration machine in operation it is to be ensured that the residual oil in the machine is clean & pure and have adequate dielectric strength. 3. The dielectric strength of the transformer oil is to be recorded before starting of the oil filtration and after the filtration.4. Connection points of the transformer is to be checked and tightened if required.5. All gasket points/ linings are to be checked and tightened to stop the oil leakage. If anywhere gasket needs to be replaced same is to be intimated to IOP EIC for necessary steps. 2 750KVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with indoor type HT bushing, off load tap changer 3 01MVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with outdoor type HT bushing, off load tap changer 4 01MVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with outdoor type HT bushing and on load tap changer (OLTC) 5 Supply of new transformer oil (EHT grade) as per IS: 335- 1972 in non-returnable sealed drums. Make: Transol/ Savita or approved equivalent of the same. 6 Painting of the transformer & associated switch gears:The scope of this job includes the following points:1. The complete body of the transformer is to be cleaned free from oil and dirt with the help of moping cloth and cleaning agents if required.2. All roughness and oxidized points are to be cleaned with the help of suitable emery cloths with precaution and without causing any damage to the body of the transformer.3. All Insulators, name plates and nomenclatures are to be covered properly before application of paint to protect it from paints.4. Two coats of red oxide/ primer is to be applied through fine nozzle, compressed air and spray painting machine.5. Two coats of suitable synthetic enamel paint is to be applied through fine nozzle, compressed air, spray painting machine6. Shade of the paint should match with the earlier paint of the same equipment’s. 7. The job has to be carried out with minimum shutdown of the supply system. For shutdown of any system it has to be informed 2days prior to the scheduled date to the EIC-IOP. 7 750KVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with indoor type HT bushing, off load tap changer (Approximately 60Sq mtr.) 8 01MVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with outdoor type HT bushing, off load tap changer (Approximately 75 Sq. mtr.) 9 01MVA, 33/0.433KV, CGL make Transformer with outdoor type HT bushing and OLTC (Approximately 80Sq. Mtr.) 10 30VA, 25/5, CT (Current Transformer) connected in circuit and mounted on 33KV Structures at a height of 20 to25ft (approx.). (Approximately 1.5Sqmtr.) 11 100VA, 33KV/rt3/110/rt3, PT (Potential Transformer) connected in circuit and mounted on 33KV Structures at a height of 20 to 25ft (Appx) (Approximately 0.7Sqmtr.) 12 1250A/1600A, 36KV, CG make VCB connected in circuit (Approximately 06 Sq. mtr.) 13 Control/ Gear Boxes of the Isolators/AB Switches of 33KV Substation. Size 0.6mx0.5mx0.4m. 14 Control/ Gear Boxes of the Earth Switches of 33KV Substation:Size- 0.4mx0.2mx0.3m. 15 Supply and Painting of the following electrical equipment’s after thorough cleaning of the surface by wire brush, Emery cloth etc. After cleaning one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint is to be applied on the surface of the equipment’s by suitable paint brush. All name plates and nomenclature is to be covered properly before application of paint to protect it from paints. The make of paints is Asian or Berger make Synthetic enamel paint or approved equivalent of the same. Shade of the paint should match with the earlier paint of the same equipment’s.All as per the instructions of EIC, IOP 16 MS, Chequered cover plates both sides on the cable trench of the 33KV Substation. 17 18 nos. of Earth pit covers with the support angles 18 L.T. panels/Distribution Boards in colony/ Main LT Panel & DG room Shutters/ Transformer yard gates etc. (one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint as per requirement) 19 Supply & Painting of the 33KV switch yard equipment’s such as structures, gate and fence by suitable paint brush one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of high build high gloss Aluminum enamel paint of 20 micron DFT (Dry film thickness) of Berger/ Asian/Shalimar/Nerolac make as per BIS: 2339 using appropriate thinner as recommended by manufacturer & paint shall be of approved make as per specification. The scope of job includes surface preparation, removing rust by wire brush/ emery cloth, brushing and cleaning for effective execution of work etc complete all as per the instruction of EIC, IOP.The job has to be carried out with minimum shutdown of the supply system. For shutdown of any system it has to be informed 2days prior to the scheduled date to the EIC-IOP.Any type shutdown from supply end (i.e. CESU) to carry out the above work if required is to be availed with due permission from IOP and all liaison work with CESU is to be carried out by the Contractor within the scope of this work. 20 New 33KV switch yard Main gate, DP Structures, Support Angles, Cable trays etc. 21 Wire net fencing of the New 33KV switch yard and the Switch yard near overhead water tank including support MS Angles (all sides), height of the fence is 2.5 mtr. 22 Barbed wire fencing of the old 33KV switch yard including support MS Angles (all sides), height of the fence is 2.5 mtr. 23 Old 33KV switch yard and the Switch yard near overhead water tank: Main gate, Four pole Structures, DP Structures, Support Angles etc. 24 Cleaning of the Switch Yard by uprooting the grass, weeds and creepers etc. 25 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Resin Cast CT, suitable to mount on 2x50 x 10 mm copper bus bars in IOP 33KV LT Panel, 15VA, Class-1 accuracy, Make: AE/ Kappa or approved equivalent of the same in the existing 33KV substation LT panel.The followings are in the scope of work:1. All the existing CT with wiring to be removed and handed over to IOP, EIC.2. The new CT is to be fixed on the bus bars properly.3. It is preferable to carry out this job through a reputed panel manufacturer for proper execution. 26 CT Ratio 600/5 Amp (320KVA DG panel) 27 CT Ratio 400/5 Amp (320KVA DG panel) 28 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Ammeter, Size 145mmx145mm, Analog, Pointer type. Make: AE or approved equivalent of the same and suitable 4 way selector switch, for the same in the existing 33KV substation LT panel.The scope of the job includes the following:1. The existing Ammeter with wiring and the selector switch is to be removed and to be handed over to the IOP, EIC.2. The job includes supply & connection of the Ammeter with CT & Selector switch for three phases by 2.5Sqmm copper, PVC insulated flexible wire. Necessary support fixtures to be provided inside the panel for fixing the wiring 29 Ammeter, 0 to 600Amp with CT ratio of 600/05A with phase selector switch. (320KVA DG panel) 30 Ammeter, 0 to 400Amp with CT ratio of 400/05A with phase selector switch. (320KVA DG panel) 31 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Volt meter 0 to 500V range, Analog, Pointer type, Size 145mmx145mm. Make: AE or approved equivalent of the same, Fuses with carrier and selector switch to select ph to ph & ph to neutral voltage, suitable for the same Voltmeter in the existing 33KV substation LT panel.The scope of the job includes the following:1. The existing Voltmeter with wiring and the selector switch is to be removed and to be handed over to the IOP, EIC.2. The job includes supply & connection of the Voltmeter, Fuses with carrier and phase selector switch by 2.5Sqmm copper, PVC insulated flexible wire. Necessary support fixtures to be provided inside the panel for fixing the wiring. 32 Suitable Ladder made out of Bamboo to work on 33KV overhead structures & high rise light posts. 33 4 x 13 liters capacity G.I. bucket round bottom duly painted & filled with dry sand and suitable stand & Canopy. The stand is to be mounted on suitable concrete pads inside the 33KVsubstation Switch yard. 34 Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Concealed Hinges in existing electrical panels as a replacement of the existing broken hinges. The scope of job involves the following:1. Removal of existing hinges from the panel & panel door and to hand over the same to IOP EIC.2. All type of welding, cutting and drilling etc. required for the same is included in the scope of job.3. Any type of hardware like nuts and bolts required for the same is included in the scope of this job. 35 Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Electrical Panel locks in existing electrical panels as a replacement of the existing broken locks. The scope of job involves the following:1. Removal of existing locks from the panel & panel door and to hand over the same to IOP EIC.2. All type of welding, cutting and drilling etc. required for the same is included in the scope of job.3. Any type of hardware like nuts and bolts required for the same is included in the scope of this job. 36 Supply of Tinned Copper Breaded tape/ Flexible tinned copper chord suitable for 250A, 33KV AB switch. (50cm length x 03cm width with suitably soldered copper plate cladded terminal holes for connection on the AB switch.)(Bidder is requested to check the sample if required before quoting) 37 Liaison work with the authority of Standard Testing Laboratory (STL) is to be carried out for testing of different electrical items as per the list attached herewith in Annexure-I. Collection of the test report and submission of the same to EIC IOP. All the tests are to be carried out on site at IOP campus. The scope of job includes all type of arrangements like transport, manpower, tools, consumables, etc. for successful completion of the tests.However IOP will reimburse only Government fees required for the same against submission of challan/ receipt copy 38 Liaison with the State Electrical Inspector to carry out the Annual Inspection of the HT, MV installations of old substation (previous inspection report is available) of IOP.The contractor will engage his HT supervisor for verification of the HT & MV systems of IOP & there after take up submission of the compliance report of last inspection in the office of Electrical Inspector. The contractor will collect the inspection report from EI office after inspection and submit the same to EIC, IOP.The scope of this job includes the supply of licensed man power to be required during inspection, tools to be required during inspection, consumables, measurement of earth resistance of all the earth pits of the substation etc, all complete for successful completion of the inspection.However IOP will reimburse only Government fees extra required for the same against submission of challan/ receipt copy. 39 Liaison with the State Electrical Inspector to carry out the Annual Inspection of the HT, MV installations of new substation (previous inspection report is not available) of IOP.The contractor will engage his HT supervisor for verification of the HT & MV systems of IOP & there after take up submission of the compliance report of last inspection in the office of Electrical Inspector.
