The Inspection Board Of The City Of Kannus Requests Bids For The Following Services For The Years 2026–2031:- The Audit Of The City In Accordance With Section 122 Of The Municipal Act- Other Audit Services- Support Services For The Audit Boards Assessment Work- Secretarial Services Of The Audit Board- The Audit Of Subsidiaries Belonging To The City Group. The Subsidiaries Of The City Of Kannus Referred To In The Request For Bids Are: Kannus Vuokra-Asunnot Oy (0920364-8) Yrityskannus Oy (0915106-7)Kannus Teollisuuskylä Oy (3484218-5)Kannus Kaukolämpö Oy (0346378-0)Kinteistö Oy Kannus Virastotalo (0709547-9)Kinteistö Oy Kannus Teollisuusmiilu (0933276-5)Kinteistö Oy Kannus Lemmikki (2405356-1)Activities Of The Audit Board As The Organizer Of The Tender Also On Behalf Of The Group Companies Is Based On Section 121 Subsection 2 Section 4 Of The Municipal Act, According To Which The Inspection Boards Task Is To Coordinate The Inspection Of The Municipality And Its Subsidiaries. According To Section 122 Subsection 2 Of The Municipal Act, The Municipalitys Audit Firm Must Be Selected As The Auditor Of The Municipalitys Subsidiary Entities, Unless There Is A Justified Reason For The Deviation Related To The Organization Of The Audit. A Separate Price Offer Is Requested For Each Subsidiary. The Audit Committee Forwards The Bids, The Bid Comparison And The Proposal Of The Auditor To Be Selected To The Subsidiaries. The General Meeting Of Each Subsidiary Or A Similar Institution Makes A Decision On The Selection Of The Auditor. Request For Tender As Attachment 1.
