Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Bkp 214 Timber Construction Work | Increase In Gymnasium Tbs5, Weinfelden. Subject Of The Contract: As Part Of The Project, The Existing Gymnasiums Will Be Expanded By Adding Two Additional Floors For Use As A Secondary School. The Extension Will Be Constructed Using Wooden Elements. The New/Expanded Staircases Will Be Built As A Double-Shell Construction Made Of Exposed Concrete. Special Framework Conditions: The Conversion Is Mainly Carried Out During Ongoing Operations. A Complete Closure Of The Gymnasium Is Only Planned For The Duration Of The Work On Adding Floors To The Wooden Structure. This Tender Contains The Following Work/Components: * Wood Element Construction * Scaffolding Work * External And Internal Cladding * Delivery And Installation Of Acoustic Ceilings
